When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, state, project details, and — optionally — your phone number and contact preference. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your sign project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Form Processing
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit receives the contents of your submission for the sole purpose of forwarding it to our email address. We do not use it for any other purpose, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, the pages you view, and basic device and browser information. We use it to understand how the site is performing — nothing more.
We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or any ad-network tracking on this website. No advertising network receives data about your visit.
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Aside from Google (analytics and fonts) and FormSubmit (contact form delivery), no third party receives information about your visit.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely. Blocking these does not affect your ability to use the site or submit the form.
Server Logs
Like nearly every website, our web host records standard access logs — IP address, time of request, page requested and browser type — which are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time through the contact page.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business purchasers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
