Programmable LED Message Center Signs

1. Ask what you're allowed

3. Ask about engineering and wiring
Nebraska enforces a state building code where cities have not adopted their own, and wind and snow loading both matter here. A freestanding or pole sign commonly needs a footing design and drawings sealed by a Nebraska-licensed engineer, and an illuminated sign generally needs an electrical permit alongside the sign permit.
